Lionhead is a private investment firm, owned by its partners. We invest private capital where we identafy great long-term oppurtunities. Given the nature of our capital base - private, and free of pre-defined investment horizons and parameters - we have the freedom to work across the capital structure, and make decisions and develop investment structures which are driven by the objectives of each business in which we invest. Our agility enables us to develop broad-ranging solutions beyond any one industry, capital parimeters or timeframes - but we tend toward capitalizing and building platforms for growth. We often focus on investments that have the right characteristics for long-term ownership, or that can take advantage of industry consolidations or market dislocations. We take great care in the way we do things - with transparency, alignment, and trust - and that engenders long-lasting relationships.
