Our gin is handcrafted using Kalyna berries a native fruit deeply rooted in Ukrainian identity, offering a distinct and refined taste that reflects the character of our land. Founded during the war in Ukraine, Lipsha represents more than just a product, it’s a commitment to resilience, creativity, and building something meaningful in the face of disruption. In a time when many things stood still, we chose to move forward. Lipsha is our way of contributing to a new chapter in Ukrainian spirits, one rooted in quality, sustainability, and deep respect for heritage. With operations in both Ukraine and Denmark, and a founding team with experience from Faer Isles Distillery and Vivino, we’re proud to bring Ukrainian craftsmanship to a global stage.
