LIQENI VII sh.p.k

"LIQENI VII" sh. p. k main activity is in the construction sector operating mostly with Public Procurement, among which are road constructions, building construction and reconstruction and water supply construction. The company also operates in the Energy Sector, being a shareholder of a 15 MG hydro power plant located in North Albania precisely "Gure-Lure" village. Several assets are also under the ownership of "LIQENI VII" S.A addressed in Durres, Albania. These assets hold an area of 9000 square meters composed of: offices and other administrative buildings, warehouse (modern and fully reconstructed) with an area of 4000 square meters and finally a free deposition square with an area of 3000 square meters. The warehouse is granted in a short-term period rent to national and international entrepreneurs which is another income source for the company.
