Trained by Barefoot Coaching I hold my International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certificate in personal and business coaching. I’m an accredited management and leadership trainer able to design and facilitate professional skills workshops and away days for teams and managers. I use my knowledge in psychometrics and as a neurolinguistics practitioner I help my clients gain greater understanding of themselves for more effective positive changes in mindset, and I’m creative. It’s in everything I do.
