WHO WE ARE
Common is a wellbeing and mental health company based in Northern Ireland. As a community interest company (CIC) we are passionate about people and families accessing evidence based mental health services. We believe every part of our community has a contribution to make to wellbeing, from families to schools, charities and businesses. We have a team of highly trained psychotherapists who are skilled in delivering therapeutic interventions which bring transformation and growth.
OUR EXPERIENCE
Our partners Ruth and Susan are BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists and EMDR therapists with backgrounds in health and education. Together we have over 50 years experience of working with families and communities. Our diverse experience includes counselling and psychotherapy, management, clinical supervision, research, consultation, training and mediation. We have delivered services in the statutory, voluntary and private sectors and currently provide educative supervision at Queens University Belfast.

We believe businesses need a common space to have the conversations about mental health which really matter. We can provide consultation to help businesses think through and develop a bespoke mental health plan. Common delivers training based a diverse range of psychological theories and evidence based approaches to equip businesses and leaders.

At Common, we believe in lifelong learning. We provide a number of training opportunities designed to equip with skills, expand knowledge and develop potential. We deliver bespoke training for businesses, schools and organisations on a wide range of wellbeing and mental health topics.
