Learning s Life | Life Is Learning Is an L&D consulting service and official CoreStrengths Partner licensed to deliver the SDI 2.0 and certify new facilitators. We focus on providing value through tangible and measurable impact and positively affect organisational metrics in LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, HIGH-PERFORMING TEAMS, CONFLICT MANAGEMENT, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION and COACHING. To achieve these outcomes, we use the new ground breaking Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI 2.0) which assesses people’s motives, drives, and values—not just their strengths. Learners can then use our Results through Relationship training and put that relationship intelligence to work, teaching them to apply knowledge about themselves, and the insights they’ve learned about others, in real time, real life contexts and conversations.
