Listening Generation

Listening Generation is a global nonprofit organization dedicated to building a culture of empathy by creating the world’s first human-powered listening network. In response to the growing global epidemic of loneliness, disconnection, and mental fatigue, we provide platforms, training, and experiences that center around the most essential and often overlooked skill: listening. We do not offer therapy, nor are we a crisis response service. We offer a space where people are heard without judgment, solutions, or pressure. We believe that listening itself can be healing, and through global empathy, we can build deeper connections across communities, cultures, and continents. Our initiative aims to reintroduce deep, empathetic human connection into everyday life, elevating listening as a social good and necessary public health tool.
