Regardless of the digital maturity of a hospital, clinicians on the wards are still writing their to-do list with pen and paper. These paper lists prohibit collaboration, become illegible, and are easily misplaced - creating a significant risk to patient safety and data security. Clinicians still use paper because of its speed and accessibility. In 2022, this is a problem. Lister is the solution. We are a task-management platform that aims to reduce the cognitive load on clinicians. Lister effectively digitises the task-list process, seamlessly managing, updating and prioritising clinical care tasks while securely capturing clinical data. As the patient task is the fundamental unit of healthcare, by capturing every task on every patient in real time, we build up a true image of the care being given to our patients. By utilising AI and real time command and control, we will optimise current care pathways and support staff training, as well as providing time sensitive analytics for safer workload distribution and effective resource management.
