LITA

LITA provides unique Spanish language immersion experiences for high school students with a true sense of adventure and a keen interest in language acquisition. All of our programs are focused in more off the beaten path, rural locations in Spain, primarily during the summer months. Our program's academic philosophy is conversation focused, centering around participatory and experiential learning. Our programs are designed to be a full immersion experience geared towards a more advanced Spanish student who will embrace our zero-English philosophy. While our programs travel through different geographic regions of Spain, the majority of each program centers around a homestay in smaller host communities. The typical LITA group consists of 16 students and 3 group leaders, most of whom are Spanish teachers here in the US.
