I am a certified counselling psychologist, life coach and meditation instructor who truly believes changing your thoughts and calming your mind can help a person to solve their problems. i strive & imbibe this value to help my subjects start believing in themselves that everything is possible. I have completed my M.A. Counseling Psychology .I am a Mindfulness coach ,Mindfulness can help people to live in present moment . I have undergone rigorous training in REBT & CBT with expertise in behavioural therapies. I then blend my science backed knowledge with our spiritual roots like meditation, mindfulness to provide holistic relief that is created to offer the best experience to my subjects. I am looking to use all my experiences coupled with continuous learning to help my subjects to heal and grow in all aspects of their personal being.
