Litmus Wines was established by Sam Harrop and John Worontschak in May 2008 Currently consulting to wineries in England, Turkey and New Zealand and South Africa. The core objective is to improve wine quality through focused technical input to ensure wine meets retailer and consumer quality and consistency standards; from vineyard to shop floor. Litmus Wines also provides business facilitation ‘DIRECTLY’ between wineries and international buyers for a fee that undercuts the standard agency commission model, thus giving retailers and their consumers’ access to better value product.
