Little Legs are proud to offer a unique service in baby massage & yoga, toddler and child yoga and mindfulness and Zumbini and Zumba kids that is flexible around your entire family’s needs. We also offer programmes and sessions within school and childcare settings on Mindfulness, Yoga and more recently mental health support, resilience and positive psychology supporting wellbeing of children and staff within the workplace. Family fun classes..... Our supportive and fun family classes are child-led and encourage relaxation, bonding, health and wellbeing for your whole family, as well as a way to help you to communicate with your child on a deeper level. We pride ourselves on our small, friendly classes that provide a relaxed and comfortable environment – wherever you choose to attend your course. We also offer accredited training to become instructors in yoga and mindfulness as well as Paediatric First Aid training. Supporting schools and childcare settings..... We have developed a number of courses and programmes that you may be interested in for your setting, all of which have been designed to offer you support. We offer Children’s well-being packages which can include yoga, mindfulness, resilience and empathy which can be delivered during PSHE time and well-being sessions weekly for children by your staff as well as ourselves. We are also delivering Well-being and Mental Health programmes focusing on how to support members of staff in the workplace which include Positive Psychology and the Action for Happiness project, Mental Health First Aid and Youth Mental health awareness training and resilience programmes
