I am a general contractor specializing in residential remodeling and handyman services. With more than 28 years of experience in the construction industry, working on all aspects of residential remodeling: from demolition to design, framing to finish work, full basement remodels to faucet repairs, I help people with just about any project they have in mind. I also work with homeowners, realtors, and property managers to complete inspection punch lists, "clean-up" lists, and "honey-do" lists; enabling them to more quickly complete a home sale, comply with inspection requirements, or just feel more relaxed knowing that their home is well maintained and up to date. I am licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of Washington, and service the greater Seattle and Eastside areas of King County.
