We’re based in the historic Lumford Mill in Bakewell, the heart of the Derbyshire Peak District. It is our aim to continue to deliver high quality developments; to grow and add value to our portfolio; to provide high levels of service to our occupiers and to continue building our reputation as one of the leading developers in our region - undertaking all forms of commercial and mixed use development with over 20 years' experience in delivering property solutions to often complex sites. We believe in working in partnership with land owners, occupiers and our supply chain to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Our investment and asset management division identifies, delivers and manages investment opportunities to maximise values for our portfolio. We acquire and dispose of investment properties, both existing stock and some of our development properties.
