LivAwareMD is an integrative wellness practice, arming patients with the tools and information to heal themselves and build a foundation for healthy living that will support themselves, their families, and their communities. LivAwareMD is open to anyone interested in learning how nutrition, meditation and exercise can help them throw off the crutches of Western medicine and live a life free from unnecessary stress, anxiety, and disease. LivAwareMD offers small group classes in nutrition, meditation, yoga and TRX, and one-on-one sessions for active isolated stretching, reiki, and reflexology. We also offer state-of-the-art laser treatments in our medi-spa to promote healthy aging.
