What is the Live with Heart Coaching Approach? Living with heart is a choice. A choice to create the life, the career and the relationships you dream of. Through 1-1 coaching, I will support you to step into your power and to build the confidence, resilience, courage and self-leadership beliefs and behaviours to achieve the goals and life that you deeply desire. My coaching is grounded in the neuroscience based Co-Active method, meditation & embodiment practises and ORSC (relationship and systems centred).
