When we examined the detail of how to implement this conviction, it became clear to us that there is nowhere an adequate presentation of all the necessary information required. While there are many books about anti-aging and numerous websites detailing some necessary practices, nowhere is there a complete presentation of all longevity oriented practices in a fully integrated manner, with scientific backing and a totally practical, individualized approach. Furthermore, since books about such fast changing and very individualized subjects are highly ineffective and have now been far surpassed by the portability, constant updating and personalizing ability of Internet content structures, that location was our obvious choice for this project. One of the goals of the creators of this website is to continue to scan all the biomedical scientific literature and news for both important new information about current topics of this website and for inclusion of new topics that clearly relate to the purpose of living to age 120 or more with a well functioning body and mind.
