Livehe.re allows users to search and match with roommates based on their preferences - beyond the basics such as price, city, district, type of apartment and actually drill down to view roommate interests, career paths and weekend hobbies, their friends and what they like to eat. The detailed search provides users with the best match expressed by a match percentage. It can be saved for later or users can connect with potential roommates directly via chat. The user's profile provides insight o what kind of person s/he is and predict what kind of roommate s/he’d be. The app also connects with social media accounts: facebook, instagram, twitter, linkedin or spotify. Apartment Information is verified including details on price, location, roommates, and furnishings to house rules and reviews. In other words - no scams or bad surprises. The location and walk score displayed is based on where a user studies or works and where they go in their free time. Location history keeps track of apartments and roommates. It also helps find friends they may have shared apartments with in the past.
