LiveLighter is a healthy lifestyle campaign run out of Western Australia that aims to support people to eat well, move more and feel good! Whether you want to completely overhaul your diet and start a new fitness regime, or just try a new recipe and get a few more steps into your day, we're here to help. Any positive changes to our food and movement habits, no matter how small, can make a big difference to our health and wellbeing! As well as providing free practical resources like recipes, meal plans, workout guides and money-saving supermarket tips we also advocate for healthier environments. This looks like less promotion of junk food, better access to healthy food, better food labelling and infrastructure and policies to encourage people to be more active.
