Established in 1993, Living Dynamics is a highly specialised communication skills training consultancy. Our vision is to empower individuals at all levels to communicate more effectively across language and cultural barriers, both in formal and informal settings. We continuously adapt our training content and methodologies to align with our clients’ evolving needs and the dynamic communication landscape in the workplace. We’re thrilled to unveil our company’s rebranding and introduce our latest training offering, which harnesses advanced AI technology alongside human insight and effective written communication to enhance workplace productivity Our Founder Caroline Tough is the founder member of Living Dynamics. Her original background was teaching English, voice and drama. She has an ATCL, LTCL and DipTESOL with Trinity College London. She started Living Dynamics in 1993 to cater for a gap which had emerged for corporate training in Business English and Presentation Skills. Since then, her team have developed many programmes for Living Dynamics - all of which aim to allow delegates to have fun while they learn in a non-threatening environment. In conjunction with her small, highly specialised team of educators, she is still involved in the facilitation of all of Living Dynamics' programmes; and remains active in marketing, course development and keeping up with industry trends. Due to the rapidly evolving role that technology and digital media are having in the learning space, the team fairly recently took a decision to create an integrated, blended approach to learning by creating highly interactive online, e-learning programmes to complement the classroom based workshops. The team are receiving extremely positive feedback from experienced leaders in the field of online training and, most importantly, from their learners.
