REISSWOLF, a company founded in Hamburg, Germany over 35 years ago, is a market leader in file and data destruction, and they are one of the top 5 archiving providers in Europe – both physical and digital. Being an expert in data protection and data security compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), they employ around 1,600 employees and operate actually from 79 locations in more than 30 countries in Europe, Asia and Africa. REISSWOLF has started operations in Azerbaijan in the following 3 directions: 1. Physical Document Archive Storage (note that current REISSWOLF archiving volume is 1,900 km files, which is equivalent to roughly 23 million folders in 4,6 million boxes); 2. Scanning and Digitization (note that REISSWOLF currently scans over 60 million documents per year, which is equivalent to roughly 24,000 multiple-page files per week); 3. File and Data Destruction (note that every year, 190,000 tons of documents containing personal data are destroyed by REISSWOLF in compliance with data protection legislation and then recycled).
