Living Water is a pioneering design company who have been applying ecological principles to solve water and waste problems for over 30 years. Our approach begins with water and waste minimisation, resource management and recycling. Our treatment systems recreate pond, wetland, soil and woodland ecology. Each integrated system is designed to meet the site wide specific water, wastewater, solid waste, habitat restoration and landscaping requirements of the project. Over the last three decades Livign Water Ecosystems have developed bespoke techniques to treat effluent and wastes with a high organic loading and those with a high hydrocarbon content. The aim of our work is to transform contaminated water and waste into a resource, using a combination of natural processes. Any material that cannot be reused or recycled is incorporated into the food web to enhance biodiversity. Living Water has carried out consultancy, water and waste management work and the design and implementation of a range of ecological systems for clients across a wide range of industries including breweries, distilleries, wineries, Biogas and Anaerobic Digestion, road depots, hospitality and catering, oil, gas and petrochemicals, fisheries, agriculture, park and recreation and domestic dwellings.
