At Living Work Lab we redefine and reboot an industry that needs to create and evolve new ways of working to keep up with the accelerating pace of change. Living Work Lab is our way to take the next step towards a new future, where the workplace is not only flexible and adjustable but increases the wellbeing of the employees and boosts their creativity, productivity and lets them have fun and work in a personalized environment that is really created for them. We pursuit knowledge and facts. There is often a gap between the employee’s estimation of what they think they do during a day in the office and what they actually do. We move around more, we interact more with our colleagues, we perform more tasks than company management believe. We want to create workplaces based on actual behavior using space analytics and space optimization as a complement to observation and old school self-assessments and online surveys. A workplace must support an ongoing process of change to stay relevant. How we behave in the office is something that changes over time due to new technology, updated management principles and diversity of the workforce. The buildings are getting connected at an exponential speed. Buildings generate data, and we will use that data to enhance people’s workplace experience.
