For the last two decades, I have had exposure to the great wines of Burgundy, Bordeaux, the Rhone Valley, Champagne and California.
However, the region for which I have the greatest passion and expertise is undoubtedly Burgundy, where I worked the harvests in the village of Chambolle – Musigny with Frederick Mugnier of JF Mugnier in 2018 and in Gevrey – Chambertin with Eric and Cyrielle Rousseau of Domaine Armand Rousseau in 2019 and most recently in Nuits – St – Georges with Thibault Liger Belair in September 2020.
