We are a 51% Black owned, Level 2 Accredited Training Academy that focuses on the growth and social upliftment of young members of our society, those who are locked out of the workforce by virtue of their lack of access to funding to further their education or become employable. We educate, nurture and inspire them to believe in themselves and become suitable for employment opportunities that were previously out of their reach.
Companies can safely employ graduates of our academy, knowing that they have both the necessary skills and decorum to successfully transition into the world of work. When they take their first steps towards a positive future, we believe that they will pay it forward by uplifting others around them in their communities.
