Client satisfaction is the focus of our already traditional law firm, whose history goes back to 1919, when the American lawyer Richard P. Momsen established his Law Firm in Rio de Janeiro. In 1927, Thomas O. Leonardos became a partner of the Firm, which was named Momsen, Leonardos & Cia. in 1944. Later on, Luiz Leonardos & Advogados was created, as a direct result of the split of Momsen, Leonardos & Cia. into two new firms, on April 30, 2012, deriving from an agreement recorded before courts.
Besides our highly reputed team in the field of IP, we also count with an IT department devoted exclusively to work alongside our partners in the constant development and improvement of our state of the art IP management software, created over years at MOMSEN, and are being brought to a next level of efficiency and technology.
