In 2021, LMGS attended the groundbreaking of Southside Preparatory/Brickell Solutions Project which included a new school in the heart of downtown Miami and affordable housing for the school district’s workforce. This unique, first-of-its-kind public private partnership’s negotiations were led by LMGS and included collaboration between Miami-Dade County Public Schools, Miami-Dade County’s Public Housing and Community Development Department, and the Related Urban Development Group.
