Loan Optics

Loan Optics is currently a standalone innovation project within ING Neo, the Innovation Division of ING Bank NV. Our Vision is to create a Platform to create “Digitally-Native Loans”. We have already built an Origination Module for Syndicated Loans which brings all stakeholders to one place to build, negotiate and execute the loan; coordinator, other lenders, legal counsels, agent and borrower. The Platform is safe, secure, and compliant to enable collaboration and negotiation for all stakeholders. “Digitally Native” means changing the focus from a multi-layer manual process (using Outlook, Excel, Word, and others) to one that is totally digital and combined for both documents and the data within. Data is entered once, agreed, and used multiple times without the need to re key or cut and paste. Loan Optics increases operational efficiencies and the quality of the loan data, whilst offering a fully auditable snapshot of data changes and documents that are published using the platform.
