Other contributions included the development of a compliance and administration program for the operating executive team. Additional work with over thirty other clients comprising a mix of investment firms and direct-to-portfolio company relationships involving patent transactions, investments, and strategic counseling. This additional activity has led to more than thirty-five closed deals and twenty-three unique due diligence projects involving multiple situations.
