LOC Construction consists of a well-established team with a history of building award winning architectural homes. We have been providing high quality workmanship to the Christchurch residential building industry for almost 30 years. LOC Construction is a small team, with Les and Tom (directors) finding this the best way to provide the best quality and experience for our clients. It means they are still onsite and very much involved in the day to day progress of any job and in constant contact with sub-contractors ensuring the best possible quality control. The subcontractors that LOC Construction engage have worked with the company for many years and they are aware of the expectations. It is for this reason we continue to use them as they meet those high standards. Our team and theirs all know each other well which provides harmony on the building site, essential when trades are all trying to work around each other. When pricing a job we first and foremost use our preferred sub-contractors because we have confidence in their standard of work, their organisational abilities and their integrity. We know that building or renovating your home is one of the biggest financial investments that most people will ever make. With this in mind we aim to make that process an enjoyable and inclusive experience for our clients by keeping them inform and involve throughout their project. We break down our quotes as much as possible so even clients that have no experience with construction can understand exactly where their money is being spent, with no hidden costs or under estimated provisional cost sums.
