Local Lets London operates in North East London, and has been operating since 2013. We help both Landlords and tenants. We take the pain away from Landlords, who don't want the 'hassle' of being a Landlord anymore. We also offer high-end boutique rooms, and an amazing service to our tenants. We guarantee the rent to the landlord, and take over the management of their large properties, adding our own investment, refurbishing them to a very high standard, and then finding and managing new tenants. The tenants are professionals looking for a house to call 'home'. We provide a cleaner for the housemates, and make their home desirable with modern furniture, and bespoke rooms.
