Die Teilnahme ist für Bewerber kostenfrei, ebenso wie die Auszeichnung als Nominierte bzw. Gewinner. Eine unabhängige Jury aus Experten kürt die Nominierten und Gewinner, die die begehrte Trophäe im Rahmen der Award Show erhalten.
