Lockett & Co. was established in July 1992 as a consultancy embracing all retail matters including property, planograms, retail viability studies and off-licence applications. Over the years the licensing element has grown in importance, particularly since the introduction of the new Licensing Act 2003.
We offer online and in-house training at our facilities in Kidderminster, and locations across England, Wales and Scotland. Our status as a BII Grade 1 training provider permit us to undertake training courses at suitable venues throughout England and Wales and allow us to offer an enhanced level of service to customers.
