Locomotive Security personnel are all SIA licensed, qualified security professionals their training is regularly updated with our sister company Locomotive Learning. All our staff are articulate, and fully trained in communication and conflict management training It is essential that all our staff are excellent in communication to enable them to diffuse situations quickly and discreetly should the need arise, and also to offer reassurance and clear instruction when needed. At Locomotive Security we endeavor to get to know our staff well. They are appraised on a regular basis this ensures that any training needs are addressed quickly we are creating new courses that help to improve the service we deliver to our customers. Locomotive Security was formed in response to an escalation of public order and crowd safety related issues within the licensed and entertainment industry along with meeting the demands of the construction, commercial, retail, industrial, and sports & leisure industries. We operate with flexibility, confidence and continuously endeavor to meet the ever-changing requirements of our clients.
