Our product will be a property management tool that assists both the average 1-2 property owner and the 200+ property owner with their workflow. Streamlining and simplifying the processes that normally take hours of paperwork and bookkeeping to complete. Simultaneously our product will be an engaging apartment-finding tool for students. The average college student cannot afford a $1500-$2000 monthly rent that many apartment owners charge today. Our platform will solve this problem by connecting these individuals with others who are like-minded. This way the cumbersome $1500 monthly rent now becomes a much more manageable $750 or even $500 per month.
We provide tools to simplify both sides of the off-campus rental equation.
