Loder and Saunderson are Real Estate and Business Brokers. L & S was formed in 2014 when we were approached by a client to help sell a substantial piece of land they had bought as an investment. We had no problem in finding buyer and as soon as the agreement was made, so was the decision to join forces and continue with other projects of a similar nature. We are a small company with big ideas and even bigger dreams. However, we have our feet firmly planted on the ground and in order not to lose sight our clients needs. Recently, we have been asked to assist a client in selling their business, this has opened a whole new chapter in our businesses growth and we look forward to the many more opportunities that will follow.
