Lodging Advisory Group was formed in 2017 with the intent of acquiring and developing a diversified portfolio of extended stay hotel assets. LAG is led by Dan Weber, the former CEO of Value Place Hotels and Tyler Brown, the former Chief Information and Strategy Officer for WoodSpring Suites. Collectively the ownership group has developed or acquired over $4.5 billion worth of commercial real estate, multi-family and hotel projects.
Lodging Advisory Group owns 18 extended stay hotels with 1,933 rooms. We also provide asset management and revenue management services to 56 hotels (Extended Stay America, Candlewood, and WoodSpring Suites).
