LODI, Inc. is the organization behind #HRMentoring, a 6-Saturday modular program that seeks to improve HR services in the ground level. The organization’s -- #HRMentoring -- humble beginnings was conceptualized at a coffee shop discussion and found its way home in a cooperative where the first batch of alumni were produced in 2017. This program was rolled out FREE of charge, made possible by our volunteer mentor-facilitator, and industry partner, Paramount Human Resource Services Cooperatives. We believe that an improved HR services promotes social justice and responsibility, which in turn leads to industrial peace and nation building. We are a community passionate about learning, growing, and sharing. OUR VISION To be the cradle of Human Capital advocates by providing the opportunity and platform in Learning and Mentoring, with the end of promoting Industrial Peace.
