About Huot & Vallentin

Pascal Huot and Isaac Vallentin collaborate with artists, brands, cultural organizations, and each other. The duo met in 2011, and began their practice in 2012. They have since created graphic identities, books and magazines, music videos and short-films, posters, illustrations, product packaging, user interfaces, and websites for clients in North America, Europe, and Asia. Their output has garnered several international exhibitions and awards, including the Tokyo TDC Annual, the Graphis Poster Annual, an ADC Young Guns nomination, a Polaris Prize nomination for Jean-Michel Blais' album dans ma main, and a one-year fellowship at the Fabrica Research Centre in Treviso, Italy. There, they helped to create Recognition: an artificial intelligence project which won the 2016 IK Prize and resulted in an exhibition at the Tate Britain museum in London, as well as an installation in Times Square. Their work has been published in The Guardian, The New York Times, Vice, AIGA Eye on Design, Hyperallergic, We and the Color, and many others. Their clients include Nike, Disney, Microsoft, Bandcamp, Arts & Crafts, Bonsound, Les Femmes Michif Otipemisiwak, the Indigenous Institutes Consortium, the National Arts Centre, as well as hundreds of independent brands, businesses, artists, festivals, and cultural centres.
