Among the services we are able to offer are: Injection molding of plastics and resins Ultrasonic welding for the joining of details Fiber laser engraving for direct surface marking Sandblasting, screen printing, pad printing, chrome plating, painting Plastic components fixing and aesthetic bonding of components and assembly test functionality Consultancy on molds and production processes of technical items. We can produce both small batches and large series of articles, with automatic and semi-automatic production cycles, both products of complex shapes with important dimensional controls, and products where aesthetics is fundamental. Our machine fleet consists of: Injection presses from 40 to 320 T Bi-material presses for multi-component injection Machines served by cartesion robots for the manipulation of molded parts Optical systems with quality and dimensional control electronics of the details Fiber vibra-shaping machines Fiber laser marking machines Ultrasonic welding machines from 2000 and 3500 W with electronic systems for quality control. We place ourselves on the market as producers of technical plastic items, but we are plastic specialists for our customers, who work with the aim of improving their product and optimizing production.
