Logiplan was founded in 1984 to provide IT and project management support. It was incorporated in 1989 as it became involved insignificant projects in Move Planning and Management . Harvey Borsuk, its president, was responsible the the acquisition, planning and implementation of the 500,000 sq ft Mother House facility in Montreal centre for Dawson College, the largest junior college in Quebec. Other significant projects followed.
Later, its involvement in technology, led Logiplan into bar code technology services and solutipon oriented customized computer software.
