Logzact S.A., listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange / NewConnect, was founded in 2008 as a result of the management buyout of Division of Automated Logistics Systems of Sygnity S.A. The new company took over the competences and 20 years of experience gained in Sygnity S.A., and previously in Emax Ltd.
The Company's mission is to provide products and services, which aims at the optimization of logistic processes using the automation, with an acceptable level of costs.
Logzact S.A. offers its customers comprehensive solutions: automation of logistic processes in warehouse facilities (automated high-bay warehouses, advanced order picking systems, automated sorting systems), healthcare specialized logistic solutions (hospital logistic automation, drug management systems – UnitDose, PillPick).
The main and strategic partner, and at the same time one of the shareholders of Logzact S.A., is Swisslog Holding AG.
