Founded by husband & wife team, Tamkey, (a former Tibetan Buddhist Monk of 19 years and a life-long practitioner) and Claire Spencer (Buddhist practitioner of 20+ years) formed Lojong Meditation in 2013 with the aim of sharing meditation and mindfulness techniques that can be integrated into daily life.
Lojong is a Tibetan term which roughly means "to train the mind". We provide Mindfulness and Meditation Training to Corporate organisations and schools, and also run a variety of workshops for groups.
The Lojong Meditation Team introduces participants to meditation and mindfulness practices that help to relieve tension, stress, anxiety and improve general well-being.
Working closely with participants, we create an environment that reflects the needs of the participants introducing techniques that can be integrated into daily life.
Classes are practically focused and designed to provide participants with foundations for ongoing practice and a common language to explore personal awareness, emotional self-regulation and insight.
