The passion to create architectural masterpieces, coupled with the spirit of innovation, established the roots of Lokaa. Our journey began in 2009, as the Styleone Group, with our very first project being an awe-inspiring landmark - the Styleone store at Adyar. Styleone Properties Pvt. Ltd. was formally established in the year 2011. The constant thirst for higher perfection led to the company's rebirth as Lokaa in 2015.
Our evolution has been strategic and steady, with signature projects across India. We have completed 1.2 lakh sq. ft. of residential and commercial projects, with 1 million sq. ft. of construction to be completed by 2015. We believe in creating splendid spaces that complement your life perfectly.

Lokaa is rooted in green building principles, which are implemented through advanced eco-friendly construction methods. Considering the climatic conditions of the city, we utilize raw materials that facilitate heat resistance or provide warmth in the building.
All Lokaa projects are approved by the Government and acquire all the legal certifications before construction begins. Our current projects in Chennai have all received CMDA approval and have been subject to several stages of quality construction tests.
