The modern Mediterranean restaurant and bar is the brainchild and labour of love of Manny Spinola with the help of long-time friend Marco Ambrosino. The new venue concept is rather different to anything the duo have undertaken independently before. Both are especially excited about the dynamic, European share-style and plated menu that is coupled with a strong focus on drinks.
