Londway's founding partner Will Mundow has dedicated himself to helping Creative and MarComms businesses maximise their potential. Serving as CFO, he has helped the management teams of some of the UK’s most well-respected independent advertising, design, digital, PR and media planning and buying agencies understand and solve complex business planning challenges as well as navigate the complexities of acquisition and earnouts within the world’s largest media groups. Now, at Londway, he and the team work with businesses across the Creative and MarComms sector providing as-needed support. From arms-length to fully-embedded, he has developed and integrated a range of smart tools to give leadership greater visibility of their business across all the key aspects of people, utilisation and profit to help them anticipate, respond to and plan for the financial pressures that growing businesses will face along the way.
