Lone Star Emergency Group is proud to be staffed by technicians from the REV RTC Center and Ferrara Fire Service Centers, all of whom are committed to the company’s Five Star Service Commitment. When now matters, Lone Star’s mobile service technicians visit fire stations to help get trucks back in service as fast as possible. The company also offers door-to-door valet service that picks up emergency vehicles, repairs them at its state-of-the-art service centers, and then quickly returns them to the fire stations where they’re needed. With the REV Group’s midwestern headquarters for parts located in Dallas, Lone Star has access to virtually any part — typically within 24 hours.
Lone Star Emergency Group currently operates service facilities in Houston, Dallas, Lubbock, and Austin, and is planning to expand to San Antonio, El Paso, and elsewhere across Texas.
