Lone Pine Capital Resources is a Connecticut based real estate related firm, operating Nationwide, specializing in buying, managing, brokering, creating and selling mortgage notes. We are experts in seller finance and have been operating in the real estate space since 2005.
Lone Pine Capital Resources works with and is backed by industry leaders in the real estate, banking and finance community and our primary focus is the acquisition of non-performing 1st lien position mortgages on single family residential, condominium and multi-family (2-4 units). We will also look to acquire non-performing and performing 1st position notes to include commercial property on a case by case basis.
Lone Pine Capital Resources acquires notes at a discount. Our primary strategy is to reach a mutually beneficial loan modification, keep the homeowners in their HOME and get the note re-performing at terms that work for us, but more importantly, the homeowner. In the event that the homeowner can’t or won’t modify, we will take possession of the property via deed-in-lieu (preferred) or foreclosure (last option).
Lone Pine Capital Resources is a smaller firm, allowing us the flexibility and responsiveness that other companies may not provide as we underwrite all deals based on internal investment requirements. Not only do we work with private investors all across the country to help fund our deals, but Lone Pine Capital Resources works to create a win-win scenario for our lending/banking relationships by either purchasing notes in bulk or purchasing single notes. We understand and will work with our lender/banker balance sheet requirements and will be ready to make acquisitions on their schedules. We also look to provide debtors a win-win-win scenario by treating them with dignity and respect, reducing their debt and payments, all while allowing them to stay in their homes (our preferred strategy).
