At Long Tail, we don't have fixed salaries because we believe that our team members are the biggest reason for our growth and they deserve to increase their earnings while the company does. Therefore we created a formula to calculate the salary of our team members and here it is: Your Salary = Your base salary + {[(Experience Multiplier)^1.1 + (Role Multiplier)^1.2 + (Loyalty Multiplier)] / Total Parameters of the team}*44/100*Monthly Revenue Experience Multiplier: 0-1 Years = 3x 1-3 Years = 5x 3-5 Years = 8x 5+ years= 10x Role Multiplier: CEO = 10x Other C levels = 9x Developer = 7x Marketing = 7x Designer = 4x Other = 3x Loyalty Multiplier: 0-6 months = 2x 6-12 months = 4x 12-24 months = 8x 24+ months = 9x Founder = 10x Social Responsibility Projects: We aim to help locals while traveling the world. Therefore we hired Guliz Altinbasak to launch or partner with social responsibility projects around the world. She is highly experienced in this field and has a strong network that helps us in finding volunteers for our projects. We will be releasing a text and video documentary of these projects to inspire other teams around the world.
