Nudge by Longevity Solutions is a mobile app that uses CGM paired with AI to help you become insulin sensitive without the need to change your diet or take medications. We do this by 1) recognizing when your blood sugar is likely soon to leave a healthy range, and 2) dosing exercise to bring it down to a safe zone predictably. We find it unacceptable that the U.S. has had a recent decrease in population life expectancy. Our mission is to increase everyone’s healthspan by 5 years. We will do this by being the first to crack a minimum effective dose of exercise. Follow us to keep track of our growth and 2023 launch.
